The death certificate of his daughter Caldonia Head listed her father as "Neil Pryor" and the informant was her son

H. N. Head who never knew his grandfather.  The name probably should have been spelled as "Neel" or "Neely".

showed a step-daughter Olive HUBANKS living with them.  The marriage record listed her surname as EWBANKS.

be married by then and had at least one child.  His brother W. B. Pryor was listed as a guardian of L. E. Pryor,

minor child of S? J. Pryor, dec'd., on a record dated May Term 1889 in McNairy Co., TN.  Samuel's widowed

mother Elizabeth Pryor was living with the family of Columbus "Lum" Baker and his wife Ella [b. Sep 1878 TN]

as a grandmother.  I have not been able to locate him or his daughter on the 1880 census.

E)  Levi Riley ODOM  [6 Nov 1847 (McNairy Co.) TN -- 18 Aug 1852 McNairy Co., TN, Milledgeville Cem] was listed as

son of W. and J. on his marker.  He was born before Rebecca's death and I believe since Julia was his "mother" at

the time of his death, she was listed on the marker rather than Rebecca.  Levi was deceased before the heirs of

Rebecca Odom was listed in the 1858 record regarding the estate of Philip Pryor.

F?)  Nancy A. ODOM  [born c1849 (McNairy Co.) TN] may have married first to L. P. PIERSON on 24 Aug 1884 in

McNairy Co. and second to _____ ELLIS.  There is a question about Nancy being daughter of Rebecca as she was

named as one of her children in the 1858 record regarding the heirs of Philip Pryor, dec'd.  It is possible that Nancy

was a daughter of Wiley Odom's second wife, Julia Smith, who took on the Odom surname.  Nancy was listed as

a one year old on the 1850 census.
